CLIENT

Allianz für das Gemeinwohl is a public-private partnership aiming to increase charitable bequests in Switzerland. It unites non-profit organizations and partners to raise awareness and promote legacy giving through campaigns and collaborations, driving financial support for the public good.

CHALLENGE

Following a restructuring, Allianz für das Gemeinwohl needed to reposition itself strategically in the fundraising market. The key goals were to recruit new members to build a strong advocacy base and to raise public awareness across Switzerland on the importance of philanthropic bequests, ensuring long-term financial support for charitable causes.

SOLUTION

We defined a unified Core Story and Purpose as foundational pillars for the Allianz für das Gemeinwohl. From there, we developed the "weiter-wirken" campaign, including a website and a targeted communication strategy. We also introduced Switzerland’s first brochure on emotional legacy giving. For members, we created storytelling frameworks and content modules to ensure seamless integration of campaign content into their own channels, fostering consistent communication.

CLIENT

BaselCircular, founded in 2024, is a partnership between the Canton of Basel-Stadt and the Eckenstein-Geigy Foundation. Its mission is to advance the circular economy by helping businesses transition to sustainable models, aiming to position Basel as a leader in innovation and environmental responsibility while promoting long-term economic resilience.

CHALLENGE

As a new player in the market, BaselCircular faced the challenge of building trust with diverse stakeholders while clearly articulating its goals. The initiative needed to align its messaging to demonstrate the practical relevance of the circular economy in everyday business, proving both its capabilities and the value of its mission.

SOLUTION

We led a participatory co-creation process with key stakeholders to establish a unified Core Story and clear Purpose for BaselCircular, ensuring alignment across all teams. This foundation allowed us to build a concise communication architecture that integrates Vision, Mission, and Value Propositions. The architecture now guides all messaging, ensuring BaselCircular communicates its value clearly and effectively to stakeholders, highlighting its role in promoting sustainable business practices.

CLIENT

The UniBE Foundation supports groundbreaking research and education at the University of Bern, focusing on sustainability, healthcare, and interdisciplinary projects. By funding initiatives like endowed professorships and innovative research, the foundation helps position Bern as a global leader in addressing pressing challenges.

CHALLENGE

At its founding, the UniBE Foundation struggled with a lack of visibility and strategic direction. It needed to establish a clear identity, profile, and legitimacy in the competitive fundraising landscape. Building trust with both external stakeholders and internal University members was essential to create long-term support.

SOLUTION

We worked closely with the foundation’s key stakeholders to develop a strong Core Story and Purpose, clarifying the organization’s mission and providing strategic direction. This led to a concise communication architecture focused on core goals and values. Supported by a resource-efficient content strategy and AI-powered 24/7 touchpoints, the foundation now serves as a model for clear, purpose-driven communication and strong PR at the University of Bern.
