BaselCircular, founded in 2024, is a partnership between the Canton of Basel-Stadt and the Eckenstein-Geigy Foundation. The initiative plays a crucial role in advancing the circular economy by helping businesses transition to sustainable models. Its goal is to position Basel as a leader in innovation and environmental responsibility, driving long-term economic resilience and ecological impact.
CHALLENGE
As a completely new player in the market, BaselCircular faced the challenge of building trust with various target groups and stakeholders. The organization not only had to prove its capabilities but also effectively convey the practical relevance of its overarching goal: promoting the circular economy in a way that is applicable to everyday business practices.
SOLUTION
We worked with key stakeholders in a participatory co-creation process to develop a compelling Core Story for BaselCircular. This led to a concise communication architecture incorporating Vision, Mission, Purpose, and Value Propositions. It now drives all communications, ensuring that the organization's solutions are communicated clearly, in a values-driven and audience-focused manner.

The UniBE Foundation supports innovative research and education at the University of Bern. Focused on sustainability, healthcare, and interdisciplinary projects, it fosters impactful research to address global challenges. Through initiatives like endowed professorships and targeted funding, the foundation helps maintain Bern’s position as a leader in pioneering research and education.
CHALENNGE
At its founding, the UniBE Foundation was largely unknown, lacking clear visibility in its goals and strategy. It had to establish a name, profile, and legitimacy in the competitive academic fundraising market. This challenge required earning trust and recognition from both external stakeholders and internal members of the University of Bern.
SOLUTION
We collaborated with key stakeholders to develop a clear Core Story and built a concise, easy-to-understand communication architecture with two main messages. We implemented a resource-conscious communication and content strategy supported by AI-powered 24/7 touchpoints for the general public. Today, the foundation sets a benchmark for communication processes and PR at the University of Bern.

p-4 AG, a fourth-generation family business in Zug, Switzerland, brings 125 years of real estate expertise. They manage projects from analysis to execution, focusing on creating sustainable, innovative spaces in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
CHALLENGE
In an increasingly competitive construction market, p-4 needed a strategy to attract a new target group of private property owners. The challenge was not only to identify and engage this audience but also to convince them of the value p-4 could offer in developing their projects profitably.
SOLUTION
Through market analysis and psychometric profiling, we developed a targeted communication architecture with precise value propositions. We also created interactive brochures and launched a new website to successfuly engage and address the needs of the new target group of private property owners.
